What We Collect
When you create a study, we store the parameters you provide: study design type, study type, development phase, study goals, and target disease or condition. If you upload reference documents (PDFs), we store and process them to provide feedback. Chat messages you send about a study are also stored.
How AI Processing Works
Your study parameters, uploaded document excerpts, and chat messages are sent to Google Gemini (paid API tier) to generate study design recommendations. We also query PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov — public databases — using your disease and study type to find relevant literature.
Google does not use your data for model training.
Under Google’s paid API terms, your prompts and responses are never used to train or improve Google’s AI models and are never reviewed by humans. Google retains automated abuse-monitoring logs for up to 55 days, after which they are deleted.
How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. Access is isolated per user — only you can view, modify, or delete your own studies. Authentication is handled through Clerk, and all communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.
How to Delete Your Data
Delete any study to permanently and immediately remove all associated data: study parameters, generated outputs, chat history, uploaded documents, and processed document excerpts. There is no retention period — deletion is instant and irreversible.
What Not to Upload
Do not upload documents containing patient-identifiable information — names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, or any data that could identify individual patients. AxiomRx analyzes study designs, not patient data. Only FDA guidance and PubMed literature are cited in generated outputs.
